For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the "Prize" refers to one (1) Steam key for Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical and one (1) Steam key for Stray Gods: Orpheus, provided together. There are four Prizes to win, one on X, one on Bluesky, one on TikTok, and one on Instagram. All platforms mentioned are not in any way affiliated or involved in the giveaway.

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This is a free giveaway open to worldwide entries from the 9th to the 14th of May, AEST. This is a game of chance. Winners will not be required to pay to enter this giveaway. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Only one entry per account will be accepted. One (1) winner will be selected at random at the conclusion of the giveaway for each platform - Bluesky and Twitter/X will be selected from reposts. Instagram and TikTok will be selected from comments. No purchase necessary. Winners will be notified via DM within 2 days of the giveaway conclusion. If we do not hear a response from winners within 48 hours, we will move on to reroll and award another winner for that platform.

Each entrant shall enter the competition by reposting (on Bluesky/Twitter) or commenting (on Instagram/TikTok). Summerfall Studios reserves the right to re-roll the random selection if there is suspicion of foul play, and Summerfall Studios reserves the right to make that decision. If we suspect a larger number of entries are being submitted by bot accounts, we reserve the right to exclude those emails from the competition. Summerfall Studio’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available, nor is there a platform alternative. Summerfall Studios will not be held liable if the provided prize cannot be fulfilled due to territory or region locks.

Summerfall Studios will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. We take no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Summerfall Studios liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Summerfall Studios shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Summerfall Studio’s reasonable control, Summerfall Studios reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The winner’s name and social media username if provided may be posted on the social media profiles of Summerfall Studios after the winners have been selected.
